Assistant and POH office hours

Assistant office hours

The assistant will be the first to speak to you when you call the practice. She makes appointments for office hours, home visits and telephone consultations. She knows the answers to many practical questions, for example about references and recipes. You can also call her for urine or blood test results.

POH consultation hour (nurse)

In our practice, we work with 2 POH somatics (physical disorders) and 1 POH mental health care (for mental care)

The POH somatics sees patients who are dealing with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, asthma/COPD and cardiovascular diseases. They also pay attention to elderly patients.

You may be referred to them to discuss a lab result. They will then discuss the results with you and draw up a plan. In the event of a psychological request, you may be referred to the POH GGZ.
