The Dr. Ham and Dr. Korving practices are a HAT, i.e.; 2 separate practices with shared use of space and staff.
You are registered as a patient with one of the doctors.
During holidays and days off, they act for each other for emergencies.
We provide modern, small-scale primary care in the Ommoord district.
Dr. Korving's practice:
Dr. Korving's practice is a learning practice, which means that an AIOS (general practitioner in training) is regularly at work. If you are at the AIOS office hours, this will always be indicated in advance; the AIOS is supervised by the general practitioner.
Dr. Ham's Practice:
Dr. Ham works with an observer, Dr. Ham-Boers. She currently works in practice on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Questions?
During vacation periods and on days off, the GPs take care of each other. This means that if the situation is urgent and cannot wait for your own doctor to have office hours again, you can be seen by the other doctor.
The assistants and Practice Assistants have their own office hours.
You can make an appointment with us via MGN. This appointment is often a little longer in the future. Is it necessary to be seen in the short term? Then you can call the assistant.

On Thuisarts.nl Thuisarts.nl (see link) you can find reliable information and advice about your complaint. This site was created by GPs. It also states when you well the doctor should consult. Via Mijngezondheid.net and the app Convenience, you can also ask your doctor a short, non-urgent question. It is also possible to send a photo. Make sure that it is made sharp and possibly indicates how big the part or photo is, you can do this by placing a ruler along it, for example. For example, to assess birthmarks, there are special “5 minute places” at the office hour.

Results:
If you have been to the office hour, the doctor will indicate what the feedback from, for example, a result will be like. This is because you can find this in your app. The doctor will provide you with the results via MGN with advice. Provided that the doctor has agreed otherwise with you.(note! You can only view your results if you log in via an internet connection, not via the app. This is for privacy reasons)
Report measurements to the doctor or nurse:
Once this has been agreed with you, you can provide results such as glucose values or blood pressure measurements via MGN. You can indicate this at”measurements”. This option only exists if you have agreed to this with a doctor or POH.
Order medication:
You can also order your repeat medication via MGN. This is only possible with chronically used medication.

You can also ask a question to the practice online. Do you have a medical question or want to know the results of an examination? Then you can request it via mijngezondheid.net or by phone.
