GLI Help Program

For a referral to a help program such as the GLI (Combined Lifestyle Intervention), you need a referral from your healthcare provider.

GLI briefly explained: Combined lifestyle intervention (GLI) is a program that helps overweight or obese people change behavior. The goal is to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. GLI includes advice on healthy food and sufficient exercise in the long term. This program is taught by a dietician/lifestyle coach/physiotherapist.
Eligible people are reimbursed for this program by their health insurer. This requires a referral from your healthcare provider.
